MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee County jury has found former Milwaukee police officer Dominique Heaggan-Brown not guilty in the 2016 shooting of Sylville Smith, whose death sparked several nights of violence in the city s Sherman Park neighborhood.The jury announced their decision shortly after 3:00 p.m. ET Wednesday.On August 13, 2016, officers chased Smith on foot after he ran from a traffic stop near 44th and Auer.
