BALTIMORE 鈥?Keith Davis Jr. has been charged with attempted first-degree murder in a 2020 prison stabbing incident, the Baltimore City State s Attorney s Office confirmed on Friday.According to court documents, in June 2020, Davis Jr., was released from his celled along with another inmate to serve stanley becher breakfast on the tier.
